Dimetronic Signals employs more than 400 people. This figure may vary slightly over time due to a natural turnover or by additional staff being recruited to fill new roles in the organisation. Besides the indicated staff, Dimetronic Signals employs a variable number of contracted workers to reinforce the eventual work peaks that take place occasionally.
More than half of the present staff is titled technical personnel.
Additionally to its own staff, Dimetronic Signals can benefit from the human resources of the Invensys Rail Systems staff to reinforce the engineering and production areas, especially in work peaks.
All staff, who may be involved in some type of site activity, as well as subcontractor staff, have to undergo track safety training and obbey all Health & Safety Standards.
Besides our own safety requirements, it is mandatory for the personnel of Dimetronic Signals and their subcontractors to fulfil the requirements of health and safety that govern the facilities of our clients.
