ACCCREDITATION

Dimetronic Signals achieved registration of Quality Accreditation ISO 9001 in November 1994 from Asociación Española de Normalización (AENOR) y Certificación, supported by the International Quality Network IQNET, and the environmental standard ISO 14000.

In addition, the products and systems provided by Dimetronic Signals are officially approved and accepted by all our clients.

QUALITY POLICY

Besides the need to maintain the relevant certificates as an exigency of our Client, both at home and abroad, Dimetronic Signals recognises the need to constantly improve their products and procedures, and to continue to satisfy the expectations of their Clients. To this end, the company is actively pursuing a policy of continuous improvement in all areas of the business with the adoption and introduction of all types of lean quality control procedures (KAIZEN).

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Dimetronic Signals operates its own Quality Management System, documenting the processes employed to all the products and systems offered, and also to all organisation, technical and human, within the company. These are constantly updated making them more effective in improving the efficiency of these processes.

QUALITY PLANS

At the commencement of a project, a specific Quality Plan is designed relating products, system and areas of the organisation that is to be involved. This Plan is subject to the client's approval and is updated regularly to assure its fulfilment.
